Die Almit SJM-03W NH IMT ist eine Lötpaste auf Basis der Legierung Sn-0,3Ag-0,7Cu-2Bi-0,01Fe mit einer Korngröße von 20–38 µm und 11,5 % Flussmittelanteil. Sie wird für Weichlötprozesse mit einem Schmelzbereich von 210 bis 225 °C eingesetzt. Das integrierte ROL0-Flussmittel unterstützt eine saubere Benetzung der Lötstellen bei der Verarbeitung.
